100 unlocks it...I have 15 tags..it is not unlocked.

Nope try it for few days on 2 people slow with at least 10 min difference always Error

The achievement is not unlocked. There are several with very high requirements such as the AK-12 (100 tags), Child's Play (100 missions), Sueno's mausoleum (100 player recommendations) etc.

They really need to UNITE this platform thing, mostly talk to people with PS4 or PC
