Never mind that last post from me. PS4 connected right away once I was in game and hit the sync button on the app.

So my save is corrupt in this app now. I think i only transfered about 3 days worth of resources (3x5000). Its really annoying, and i'm not starting from scratch!!!!!!! So i've uninstalled the app.

I have it downloaded on my tablet and it will not let me log in to ubisoft or sync with my xbox. My phone version just stopped being able to send resources....how do I fix?

I am having the same issue except it was working during launch and for about a week after, but has stopped working over the last few days. I get the same unable to sync error, I've tried all of the suggested fixes including adding port forwards to my router and none of it works. To bad the app is so buggy I kind of liked it. Hopefully it will get fixed

I did all of this a while back and the app didn't work either.
Until I decided to check the Windows 10 firewall. Even though I did put GRWHQ as an exception, it blocked the app.
When I want to sync it with the game, I have to deactivate the firewall. It now works as a charm.
It's a bit of a drag to activate/deactivate the firewall every time I want to sync, but at least it's now working.
Might not do the trick for you, though.

This app is HORRIBLE . and it severely drains the Battery just by running in the options menu i lost 14% of battery in the course of 20 minutes on a fully loaded and freshly restarted Honor 5x. Phone gets really hot too.

Network issue to PC on same Wlan , windows 10, and firewall rules like described . NO SYNC Possible, i run no 3rd party security programs. My Router is a very good and very wideley used
    product nothing exotic either.

Sorry UPNP is what you have to use for this ubisoft and not this garbage , i didnt try port forwarding on my router .because why should i do that on a internal network connection if the app was coded correctly that shouldnt be necessary.

So i had to disable windows firewall for private network which is not a big deal and it instantly worked, despite having the exception rules previously
mentioned for inbound and outbound connections.

Solution for your sync problem in this topic: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-HQ-Bugs/page4

My phone is ok (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge), almost draining nothing, not very hot when I'm using the app. I'm losing like 5-10% extra a day with the app now. With just browsing/checking time from 100% I ended up around 60% by the end of the day. Now it's 50% or so if I play all day.

Any way to add a IPV6 IP? Because unfortunately my ISP is giving me a IPV6 IP not IPV4.

I tried to use my default router IPV4 address (192.168.0.10) with no success

It has to be my REAL connection IP or Modem/Router IP?

Because if it is real ip i'm ****ed because it is a IPV6 IP.
