    Error codes constantly

    I have done everything on my end. Followed your troubleshooting instructions every time. My internet connection is fine. I want a refund immediately for this product that DOES NOT WORK.

    Please let me know who to contact for a refund. Thank you.

    Depending on how you bought it; your bank, or where ever you bought it, or open a support ticket with Ubisoft.

    Maybe in the reverse order actually.
