exploiting Debuff Resistance bug? | Forums

I was watching this Twitch streamer Sacriel and he said something about how he was exploiting something about the debuff resistance stat. But once people started getting on him about exploiting bugs in the game, he stopped talking about it and so I don't know what the bug actually is.

Anyone actually know what the bug is?

Oh, so I forgot for a moment that Google exists. Apparently, if I understand this correctly, high debuff resists AUTOMATICALLY PARRIES GUARDBREAKS FOR YOU EVEN IF THAT GB SHOULDN'T BE COUNTERABLE (e.g. after a parry) LUL

I see why Sacriel was getting upset at people for calling him out for using it now. It's pretty broken and scummy lol

He is talking about the gear debuff resistance stat bug. If you push debuff resistance on your gear to the maximum you can counter guardbreaks after being parried by an enemy which is gamebreaking. Hope it is being fixed.
