I beg to differ. I main the Conq and LB, do pretty ok and know them well. Picked up the pk and you can just start wrecking face. It's amazing how simple the game becomes when all you need to know are the dodge timings, **** directional blocking, thats for noobs and scrubs who don't play assassin classes. Free dodges which both engage and disengage at will, i mean really my grandma could rek face with a pk. I feel disgusting everytime i play that class.

In my experience the pk is just too easy to outplay any other class with by a mile.

Lawbringer and Shugoki have high stamina costs, yes, but Peacekeeper can run out of stamina faster than them. It's not more stamina per hit, but it is more per second. If a Peacekeeper doesn't use any bleeds than she'll be fine, but those bleed attacks cost a lot of stamina! I have full stamina regen and about 75% stamina usage on my weapon and I will generally run out of stamina by the time most enemies are killed if I just spam attack them aggressively from the beginning of a fight. It works, I have just enough stamina to get the kill, but if they are defensive I'll run out before they die, obviously.

It's extremely easy to run out of stamina with a Peacekeeper, that's why they back off for a second and then jump back in. They need to constantly regain their stamina.

You can run out of stamina on lawbringer by doing impaling charge into a wall and then throwing one attack.

LOL at everyone saying LB and Shugoki can't win duels.

People are just stupid when they fight LB and Shugoki because they don't know how to deal with them yet. Can't tell you how many times people will dodge into my shove>guard break>heavy attack>shove>etc. combo before they realize it's free damage for me when they dodge. Assassins are the biggest culprits of it since they feel so safe dodging backwards, but I still grab them and continue. It's not a vortex because everything is tech-able or dodgeable, but it works for too many people that it's embarrassing.

Shugoki? He's hilarious. One guard break against a wall and he'll tackle you for almost half your hp and recover a third of his, or kill you outright. So much fun to troll people with that.

PK isn't the most busted character, as I can consistently predict and block their light attacks even as a LB. People tend to stick to one set of directions for their light attacks as assassins, making it easy to predict, parry, and punish a PK for almost half her hp in one small combo. As for guard break triple stab? It's pointless. Don't get grabbed and you're fine. Her bleed isn't even that useful anymore now that they took off like 15 damage from the bleed total. Nobushi is the bleed queen now.

And Valk? She's very quick now after the update, and I appreciate the changes. Maybe a bit overboard, but she's in a much healthier place than she was before, at least in terms of her kit being useful.

There are other much more glaring issues in terms of kit-useability and balance that will hopefully be addressed within a week or two, along with the Already Confirmed "look" at revenge mode and revenge gear that the devs are doing.

They recognize the problem. Once they find a good solution, they will let us know.

EDIT: I don't play 4v4s unless I'm with my friends because I hate how busted gear is, even though I'm gear level 108. Revenge gear pisses me off lol

    >Claims Peacekeeper has the most stamina cost for light attacks

Have you met the Warlord? I don't think you've met the Warlord. Highest stamina cost for attacks, and they don't do much damage when they land either

I guess you've never played against someone above reputation 3 with the Peacekeeper, because if the person can't parry a side dodge attack, they suck. They probably never feinted or they've never guardbroken you am I right? Atleast play the PK a bit longer before making your conclusions. I'm not saying that the PK isn't overpowered (She is in the top 5) but atleast keep an open mind and play against reputation 10 kensei's or warlords for example, good luck with side dodge attacking them.

Also, parrying a side dodge attack is one thing. The good ones know how to deflect and turn it into a nice welcome to Pk world. Just like the Orochi. Just like the Berserker. In fact straight damage wise, between the 3, Berserk can literally do the most damage after a deflect, followed by Orochi, with Pk relying on bleeds. Op my ***.
It's the speed of the PK's light chain combined with the non-standard stance switching among characters that causes this disparity in balance. As a slow stance switcher, it seems damn near impossible to block the second light, even if you block the first, since the second stance switch to block the second PK light takes roughly *three* times longer. This is also a problem when dealing with a Valkyrie's lights as well. And of course the PK's zone is always a pain to deal with. It's simply impossible to react to; you have to be ready to block it preemptively.

Is it from spamming those zone attacks?

    Yeah... bad ones...

Kensei is one of the easiest to defend against and most predictable characters in the game.

PK is the toughest to defend against character in the game.

If a good PK goes up against a good Kensei, the PK ends up just parrying all his attacks and Kensei gets bled to death.

Literally all you have to do as PK to win this match up is not throw anything he is able to parry and guard top every time Kensei dodges forward.
