Matchmaking and random disconnections due erros where a thing before the patch, sure, but they got WORST after it.
- No cloud synch.
- Can't play any gamemode with more than 2 players because of errors.
- Matchmaking is taking longer.
- My NAT is still yellow after the outage, yet it was green before it.
FIX. YOUR. GAME!
And no, do not tell me to contact your sorry excuse of costumer support. I have a ticket there already and 1) I've got no reply, and 2) live chat practically told me they made my case another ticker which, you guessed it, I'm still waiting for a reply on it.
I already disabled "Sync saves with the cloud" but i cannot contact the servers.
I'm on the west coast in Northern California.
Ive already restarted the game multiple times and i get the same error stating that the servers cannot be contacted.
I don't want my money back, i just want to figure out whats wrong and fix it so i can enjoy the game.
My computer can definitely handle the game;

seriously i just skipped after not being able to contact the servers and it randomly connected after 6 times of not being able to contact the servers. Seriously devs figure this out ASAP!

now that I'm in the game, there is significant wait time after clicking on "Multiplayer" and when attempting to find matches and all of this happened after the latest patch update. Please look into this.
Same here. I damn enjoy this game when it works, and allow me to emphasize "when it works", something that is getting rarer as days go by. If Ubisoft doesn't not fix nor reply to us soon, or compensate us as they did with AC Unity I'll do my best to get a refund for a faulty, unfinished product and monetarily support any lawsuit that shows up, as they had for other titles.Originally Posted by Exaffect Go to original post

Secondly, you have zero clue how others are experiencing the game. You don't get to choose everybody's reaction to thousands of differing experiences. They've objectively had issues and we're a few weeks into the game. This is no longer launch.
