so i've heard and tried everything, my connection is 30mb/s optic fiber wired to a moden, the moden goes to a router and the PC is wired to the router, now i've tried everything to change my NAT type from strict to open, since day one it was red, i messed with port fowarding, it worked for a bit, then back to strict 3 days later, spent a good week without playing cause of that, i disabled my firewall, it worked again, played for a week and its back to strict after the 24th (patch day?) now dmz, UPnP, port fowarding, wiring to moden and anything else people said, nothing of it works anymore, firewall enabled and disabled, reset both moden and router multiple times, tought, maybe its my ISP ****ing with me? before calling them i using my phones 4g connection, completely different company, nothing still strict, then i used my fathers, still the same thing, the only thing i can play are the single player or duels, anything else i just wait for 15 minutes and it times me out, on that short week it was open i could find hundreds of matches with barely and connection issues, i played the ghost recon wildlands beta and the NAT was also strict, yet i could find matches just fine, on the last day of it it turned to open and still just fine, i've heard that the issue might be related to the region of your ubisoft account, as i live in Brazil and the account im using has United States selected, i've already made a support ticked so i can get that changed but if that doesnt work, all thats left is to call my ISP and hope that they can do something and i havan't thrown 100$ in the trash, currently on country wide holiday so ISP isn't taking calls till friday or something, if anyone has any other tips i would really apreaciate it.

EDIT: i redid my port fowards and turns out i can't join duels anymore, now i officially can't play.
