yes? My main point isn't that I can't deal with it, its that he does too much damage, when a character still does considerable permanent damage when the damage is set to none that, is too much damage

Berserker main here, in purple gear. Berserker is the weakest assassin. If you're having trouble beating one then just practice. Berserker actually needs more tools and buffs, like after 2 or 3 hits in the chain, the next overhead heavy will be an "unblockable". Just an idea. The only damage from a berserker that you should worry about it is a top heavy after other attacks (which should never happen because all you have to do is block a light in the infinite chain to stop the whole chain). The only other damage would be from getting guard broken and then thrown into an object, followed by a top heavy. Zerker cannot do a top heavy from only a GB, they have to throw into an object first. Their dodge spin attack will always hit from the side their spinning to, it doesn't do much damage, but you shouldn't get it by it anyway unless they used it to dodge your attack. You don't even have to parry to stop the infinite chain, just block the next light attack. So if you get hit by 4 hits, that's on you. Berserker destroys inexperienced players, but is completely useless against skilled players unless they make key mistakes like allow a top heavy to land from combo or get guard broken too many times. I've been playing this class since late alpha and that's just how it is.

read my previous, I have no issues with fighting him and am happy with maybe boosting his moveset, but he does too much damage

I did some practice against him in no damage just to learn and thats when I noticed how stupidly over powered his attacks are, when they still do considerable damage when they should do none

He does that much damage that at no damage setting in practise he still does half a bar of damage with some of his attacks.

Then high level builds, forgive my french, **** on anyone who isn't high level. They one shot, and that's without revenge, I have 6 matches in a row where my gear score 45 warden (with full defence gear) would be one shot by 108 beserkers. Then my Lawbringer whom is also defence (gear score 108) would still be left with 1 bar after a non revenge hit.

Beserker is broken in terms of damage. He deals way to much in a very short space of time. Most spammers will just dodge heavy combo twice to kill characters.

    That isn't balance.
    Proof or it didnt happen

If you don't get hit by a heavy top attack, there's nothing to be afraid of. Even a Warlord heavy is faster and does crazy damage. If you think berserker damage is broken, you must be losing your mind over peacekeepers.

We all know berserkers can reach you from a distance and jump like Jordan in game six. The distance is uncanny .

I just want to know. If damage is set to off but the Berserker did damage how is it a class error and not a bug in the practice mode?

some things still do damage in "no damage" mode (probably just a bug):

    - berserkers forward throw after a guardbreak
    - bleed-damage from any class (this one seems to be fixed with the 1.03 patch from yesterday)
    - environmental damage (fire, geysires, and obviously ledges)

Blocked zone attacks can be timed for a parry on one of the last hits.
1- everybody has to counter attack to hit a "decent"(or over defensive) oponent.
2- his light attacks are not as slow as his heavies, his heavies are almost as FAST as his lights! (every time I get executed Im like.. hell that was a heavy?? good lord!)
3- everybody that try to combo risks getting parried.
