Nope.. not working neither.

before hour i fix this error with cloud saves with steam run. Now i have same problem too and steam dont work for me now, but anyway game dont work for me, becose game crush on global map.
This problem is on ubi sides.
i hope they fix it very fast

Same problem. Stuck on sync with cloud save. Nothing seems to solve the issue so looks like it's on UBI' side.

Attention i am having this problem with R6 Seige as well with the save and the synch with For Honor ever since They released the latest patch i have not been able to even get on For honor cause of the Synch to cloud crap and I can play R6 but it wont save no progress to the cloud and all that I hope they come out with a fix like yesterday I didn't spend my hard earned money for games i cant even get past a synch screen

Correct you need to verify your files within UBISOFT game properties, and relaunch the game
