Hello there.

I had the game working until your "update" effed it up for me with this issue, and the constant disconnects helped me in realising something: i want my money back. The ticket asking for a refund has been sent to the customer support. This game is not acceptable, and I for a start will not accept it as it is, or as it will ever be. You people ruined a game that had a lot of potential and that i had been following since its first announcement.

So congratulations Ubisoft crew for losing a customer. And i pray that, by losing many more, you realise the errors of your ways. May this game's failure serve as an example for all companies.

Have a nice, buggy day full of disconnects, just like this game.

I submitted my ticket on the 3rd of March. its almost a week and all the support did was blame it on my hardware and software.
I constantly proved them wrong with my updates and the fact that the game WAS ****ing WORKING UNTIL THE GOD DAMN PATCH 1.03!!!!

Since then I can not play a single round of ANYTHING in the game without a black screen crash after round 1.

I demand my money back. We were sold a lie. I would also consider pressing legal charges for customer fraud.

If they do not issue the fix by tomorrow I will definitely file a complaint and ask for an immediate refund.

got into the game and they fixed nothing at all , i mean literally nothing, 96% RAM USE omfg .........................

updated the game through Steam. The game still freezes after one or two matches played.

re-did all the old fixes after it continues to crash/stop responding NOTHING. I really like this game, but not being able to play at all is just becoming stupid

Let's face it, false hopes are the only things we're getting from this game. False hope and disrespect from the Dev and Com teams, because they announced they had fixed the issue and it is clearly not.
