So i gotta 100$ worth of steel like 5 hours ago and i still have not gotten it does anyone know why?

I bought 25k steel and nothing showed up. I called support and they told me they have issues with the store at the moment, and i should give it a couple of hours to 24 hours.

And if i still hadnt gotten it by the same time i purchased it tomorrow i should call or mail em back and they will look into it.
