I never played the class because of these forums but after working with him and learning the moves he's pretty pretty pretty good.
There's 3 avenues you can go with the mix up, shove ->GB->heavy, shove->light, shove->long arm.

As a LB you are so ridiculously slow that no matter what avenue you choose, they have enough time to react accordingly. And seriously, free long arms? What the **** are we playing? If there's one thing that gets you punished hard it's long arm. The wind up and recovery from that is so slow your opponent has time to dodge AND throw in a heavy/GB for free.

It doesn't matter how many different options we get after shove. Shove itself doesn't guarantee dmg in any way and the mix up gets you countered, not because it is predictable, but because anyone who simply watches what you are going to do can react since there's enough time to spare.

Lawbringer requires such a ridiculous amount of mind**** to work. You spend minutes conditioning your opponent to hopefully make him miss that 1 counter guard break. Did I mention that in game modes like dominion, you don't have hours to work with?

He might be fun, but he definitely is not viable at this point. For a hero that is defined as a counter attacker, he has little to no kit to actually counter attack with.

He's the only class that can punish you the most with parry's. They open up so many avenues into your mixup or unblockables. That overhead unblockable after a parry takes nearly half of someones life.

You're just mad because you're bad at it. Which is to be expected, assuming you only started playing it and it's your first hour with it. Of course you are gonna go something like 6:25 because there are so many people just going peacekeeper and they are faster and can be pretty aggressive.

Punish me the most out of parries? How? I get a free light after a parry. Nothing special. If, for whatever reason, I get a parry on a light I can deal some dmg. But you most likely only accidentally will manage to parry a light. Also, the unblockable overhead after a parry is probably the easiest parry you can give your opponent. Which leaves you with only the option to feint it into your own parry -> light again.

Do you see a trend? You hard read your opponent, you get a small amount of damage off. You can't punish adequately for the risk they're taking. Fighting a lawbringer should be risky, knowing that if you get blocked or parried you can make sure you take a ton of dmg. But that is not the case, instead you're left with easy to parry heavies, in most cases really good people will even parry your lights. Your shove doesn't amount to anything other then a stamina drain, which is fun until you come across someone who simply turtles through being out of stamina, since you can only open them up by GB or shoving into long arm for a free light attack while I spend a majority of the game to just find an opening.

Unblockables are great, if they allow you to break through someone their defences and actually dmg them. Like the warden's shoulder bash, the conquerer's shield bash. But we get nothing off.

Lawbringer is the prime example of a noob stomper, but his ceiling is defined by how well your opponent counters GB's, parries and how much time you have to rince repeat the conditioning game. <-- This is bad game design.

Lemme just say this - parries and walls are your friends as a Lawbringer.

Lawbringer after light parry is 45 damage. Peacekeeper after light parry is 53 damage.

Except unlike every other Hero, the Lawbringer can't actually confirm anything after a parry because he's so damn slow, even after a parry, the opponent has enough time to react accordingly to whatever you try to follow up with. His label as a Counterattacker is a joke, because he's the WORST at actually counterattacking.
