In Duels and Brawls, the final health bar regeneration encourages more disengagement and running away. Let's get rid of it please. Or at least make it a lot slower to regenerate. The way it is only encourages more defensiveness.
It takes 7 seconds to get back 30 health if you're on the magic pixel. That's longer then you think. Since any form of damage stops the regen.
This will be a massive buff to the fast, mobile assassins and a hard nerf to the slower, plodding heavies. No.
This would make any hero with bleed in their kit massively broken and basically a must-pick at competitive levels.
