Kinda like when you have a boxer that is the best in his ymca boxing class, battering all of the kids who train there and signs up for an actual ring fight against a well trained opponent. all of a sudden you realise that the pond youve been swimming in is a tiny one, and the sea is full of sharks.

I'm having loads of fun as the game is, and so are a 'couple' of other people.

i dont know why you would be on this forum if you didn't put any stock in his vision.

sure, the game isn't 'perfect' in some people's eyes, however I don't think it warrants the level of adjustment that some people are proposing tbh.

I dig the 'soul' of this game, which is unlike most other 'fighting' games. I'd like to see it stay mostly unchanged.

    just my $0.02

They won't fix the game. Just accept it. They got their money, they don't care about balancing it and making it a good experience. This game had potential to be great, if only it wasn't made by Ubisoft.

Not like they aren't fixing bugs and releasing new content every week, and even more content at the end of the season. Stop being ignorant.

They sure are taking their time. But really, what I've seen so far is not encouraging. The game is too flawed to have long legs. And even if they change it too much, it will probably alienate another share of the player base; those who benefit from its poor state. They'll probably only bother keeping the store afloat. Throw some new items and so on, see what the whales will chew.

This is the typical modern era of game developing. The developers dont know their own game, they should have known for themself that defence is to strong. Damn i figured it out in beta after roughly 10 hours of play.

And how hard would it be for them to look at revenge in 4v4 format? After 2-3 blocks you get it, that should be a no-brain 100%.

If they cant foresee these things, then what lies in the future? Ofcourse i want to hope that they truly fix the game because the game could be potentially the best in the world, but dont blame me for having this sceptism since its ubisoft in the first place, the second place is that developers in general dont bloody know what back-and-forth interactive gameplay is. Not even the top companies know that.
