It would be cool if the devs added monthly HVT missions that only lasted a few days. How they could work is...
The Ghosts receive Intel about a HVT who will be in Bolivia doing business with the cartel for the next few days.
- Players would have to first gather Intel to determine the HVTs possible locations, maybe 2 or 3 possible locations?
- Next, the players would have to do recon to determine which of the locations the HVT is located.
- Once the HVT is located, the players will get once chance to capture him, because once the HVT is alerted, he will flee to a transport helicopter that will take him out of the country.
These HVTs are once in a lifetime opportunities and they WON'T come around again. Not every player will succeed it capturing the HVTs. They can either be captured or killed. Capturing them will offer better rewards.
Anyone familiar with the Elusive Targets in the Hitman game knows where I'm coming from with this. I think it would work extremely well in Wildlands.
I don't know where you got "daily and weekly" anything or "bonus weapons and attachment loot". Are you on the right thread?Originally Posted by Kozzak.77 Go to original post
But yea, I'm dead serious about my idea.
Ok, I see what you were trying to say. My idea was based off of the Hitman game's 'Elusive Targets' mode. The targets in that mode are far and few between. Suggesting monthly was being generous compared to that game. I know it's a long wait but the rewards are good, and the devs take their time with the challenges so they don't feel so rushed. They even release trailers for the upcoming targets to build hype. I can't see weekly or daily challenges offering the same type of quality missions, they'd be plain and generic. I say devs should take their time with these things and make them memorable.Originally Posted by Kozzak.77 Go to original post
Aside from how often challenges should be offered, I think we are all in favour of having this feature. I hope this thread gets a few more +'s from other community members so that the devs look our way. These missions would be so intense knowing at the back of your mind that if you F up, there is no second chance. I love it lol
