Hi All,
I was just wondering whether there is any consensus on the best platform to play the game? I have a good pc that could run the game on high settings as well as PS4. Ideally I'd prefer to get it for one platform only. As such I'm interested to know if either of the ones I've mentioned have a bigger playerbase? Essentially I want to get it for the platform with the greater capacity for retaining a good playerbase. I know the game has lots of problems at the moment (mainly from reading this forum), but assuming they can correct (some of) them, which platform would you recommend? Thank you for your time!
Best wishes,
Dan

I play on PC but my homie has the ps4 version. The PC is getting this patch (and probably others) earlier than ps4 and isn't stuck at 30fps. I've noticed (I have access to both versions) that matches are a little more stable on PC most of the time too...however, and this is a big one, there ARE cheats and cheaters on PC, like every other online game, and this is a serious issue. I have sometimes wished I got it on the ps4 just to avoid this problem so..there are my two cents.
There are cheat programs that say you won't be detected on any platform. Their are More PC.
*It's up to you whether you feel more comfortable with a controller or mouse/keyboard.
*PC doesn't have to worry about Sony approval of patches and installs.
It is easier to use scripts and macros on PC and it's up to the company running the game to ban / do something about them. I really don't see it happening in the near future to be 100% honest.
PC also has the text option which is a minus or plus up to you. PS only has chat and most people are in their own parties already.
I actually run a Scuff modded ps4 controller on pc because I hate the mouse dead zone for blocking and angle switches.Originally Posted by lucasnrachel Go to original post
Thanks for the feedback guys! Yeah the largest playerbase is what I'm most interested in too. I'm just not sure whether that would be PC or PS4 (i.e. long term prospects). I'd be interetsed in some additonal views on this too. Cheers for all the advice so far.Originally Posted by PhYcE- Go to original post
