Srsly this is ridiculous
Last two days I was getting really frustrated because my winrate was dropping from 80% all the way down to 60...It was like everyone suddenly knew how to counter conqueror. I was mixing up, faking via allblock, charging into light, parrying, blocking bashing like madman but rep 3 and more people were simply usually better. Out of frustration and since I knew warlord is very similar I tried it (simply because the head bash was quicker and less stamina requiring) and wow....:
Conqueror eats like 3x times the stamina, does less damage (except charged up), has slower all block, shiled bash has lower range and unless I chain it with heavy I cannot reach the opponent.
As a warlord I simply bash into light into bash, mix in UNINTERRUPTIBLE heavies, parry into super fast top heavy and Im beating rep 3s with ease. I DIDNT EVEN PRACTICED ON BOTS!!! And I have not yet even used his insany long shield push into enviromentals
This is really ridiculous, either buff conqueror (less stamina requirements, viable superior heavy block, more combos) or nerf warlord.
Now Im 100% sure theres 0 reason to play conq over warlord. Hes simply better at everything.

This is a little exaggerated but yes, the warlord is considered a higher tier character than the conq.

I would agree that the conq needs some love.

Improving his all-block stance would be a good start because right now it is useless. Speeding up his all block might even allow him to get into the feint game a little as well.

His side heavies need to be sped up a frame or two so that you can consistently land them after a GB. And his side heavy needs to deal 25 damage up from 23 so that it is lethal to critical regen min. They could nerf the multiplier on the charged attack so that the charged deals that same damage.

Also giving him options to chain light attacks off heavy attacks and chain shield slam off light attacks would be huge for him.

Being able to go straight into a GB instead of being forced to shield slam after a heavy would be huge too. Say, if you held back on the directional button it would GB instead of shield slam or something like that.

I'm hoping that after they get done fixing the valk and the lawbringer that the conq will get some love.

Though I'm not sure if I'm willing to stick around and play the current build with things as bad as they currently are (revenge and light attack spam more so than conq being gimped)

Your tier list is significantly different than every single other person's in the game then.

I'm not saying you're wrong. But statistically you are probably wrong.
