    Deleted division character

    Hi my son deleted my character last Tuesday, raised this with Ubisoft and told I'd receive an email to which I'm still waiting.

    Will I get my character back and how much longer do I have to wait. Need it for 1.6 ideally

    Customer service is lousy

    Same result, tho different scerenio. My daughter plays with me (old ps3 remote). Sometimes have her learn controls w/ gettin parts in the BoA. Think somehow she pushed wrong button & did on accident when I used restroom 1 day cause my lvl 30 was gone an she was apologetic. This was on 2-11 & today is 3-8. If u haven't realized yet, they will eventually send u a msg when they close your case (hopefully u have better luck then me). I so far have had to reopen the case multiple times, cause they expect you to let them know to keep working on it thru your ubisoft account in the support tab. I basically have to do it every week (seems like an automated msg response). Even the multiple chats ive had have had no outcome. If yours is still unavailable, you may want 2 log in and check for closed/open cases. Good luck, if u had better then me let me know. But its been to say politely, frustrating.
