    I cannot purchase R6 Credits

    Hello everyone I am having an issue with Xsolla for bizarre reasons i cant purchase a R6 Credits it keeps giving error '' unfortunately we cannot process your payment at this time '' I tried with 2 different credit cards and when I contacted the XSolla they said its because of the bank but its impossible my card is just like a wallet, you only just put your money in it and purchase stuff from internet it has no connection with any bank's. I created a topic at reddit and one of the members told me that most Ubisoft payments services are having issues, so if there is an Official Topic from Ubisoft would you be kind to share a link so i can inform myself when this problem is fixed or if not are there anyone who's cannot purchase R6 credits and keep getting errors ?

    Edit:After 2 Days I can finally managed to purchase R6 Credit if anyone experienced this type of issue try it now.

    Refund for r6 credits

    Really don't want to be waiting in limbo for these credits anymore, can someone tell me how to process a refund for these credits? steam will not allow a refund on a micro transaction.

    they told me it's not possible. if you figure it out bro let me know. This is outrageous in this day and age. 5 Fu***ng days. Disgusting customer service and obvious money grab.

    Still haven't received my R6 credits its been 72+ hours

    I had purchased R6 credits on 10/22/16 and I still have yet to receive any of my credits, what is the deal, I've been patient enough, by this point you might as well refund me the credits.

    I also bought 1200 R6 credits 4 days ago and nothing. Their support doesn't work for me either.

    My friend bought 600 R6 credits and it redeemed to his account instantly.

    Ubisoft get your sh*t together.

    Bought credits on wrong account, what now?

    I have just bought a 39,99BRL pack of rainbow credits through steam but when i was asked to log in through the in-game shop i mistakenly did so with a diferent account which doesn't even have Rainbow Six Siege in it, what should i do now? I can provide whatever information is necessary of my purchase and account.
