I bought 2670 R6 credits on the 23rd of February, I made a ticket and it's still been weeks of waiting, Everytime I talk to live support (since that's the only way to get a response) they just keep telling me to wait. Honestly I'm so sick of waiting to the point of not wanting it anymore, can I just have my money back?
2 Weeks? This is just ridiulous.
It's sad that Ubisoft doesn't care about it's costumers. It's not like this credit bug is a new thing either. I found threads from 2015, pointing out the exact same problem.
However, I'll be calling the support in a few days if they don't respond to my e-mail. I heard it's more effective, but to be honest, i doubt it.
I bought my R6 Credits exactly 1 week ago. I didn't recieve them straight away and I waited untill monday and there was no response from the support so I decided to call the ubisoft support center. After 5 min of talk my ticket got changed to "escalated". Waited another day and then I had my credtis. And everyone that says that ubisoft is a ****ty company, imagine yourself running one of the biggest companies in the world that makes games. Are you really expecting that there is NEVER going to be any problem what so ever? If you think that you are just stupid. They are trying to answer all the support tickets but there are INSANE amounts of tickets being sent in everyday. But if you are going to yell at them and tell them that they suck you don't even deserve to get your credits at all. Call the freaking support if you really want them and explain the situation otherwise deal with it. Just pathetic to see all of the people raging like kids in the forum and from what I've seen NO ONE has called them, just sent in a support ticket.

Guys I have found the Solution! I just went to Ubisoft Support site, changed my region to United States of America, contacted Livechat and waited for approximately 50 minutes and that Guy on the chat solved my problem in like 5 minutes, I have received my Credits now!
Oh and it's even faster when you already have a picture of your purchase ready for the guy in the chat.
