I've already opened a ticket about this issue, however I wanted to stress that I didn't receive my credits that I purchased due to an error during purchasing. I've submitted my proof of purchase through the ticket. However, I'm a bit confused as to why on earth support tells me to wait 48 hours before they can do anything. It's been a full day now so far and I've still yet to receive my credits. Is there no possible way for Ubisoft to check a simple issue where I didn't receive my credits and allow me to retry the transaction, or perhaps give me my credits that I purchased and expected to receive instantly? I feel like this is a huge hassle for me to go through when it's such a simple issue. Given the response times of the escalation team could take a whole week before I even get a response, very inefficient in my opinion.
Bro i'm having the same problem, and there are a large amount of other people having this problem too, I just got done talking to friends in-game saying they had this problem. But APPARENTLY " There is no problem with the ingame store " So we're forced to wait days for responses. This whole situation is very sketchy.
