I would like to express my problem. On 12/07/2019 I had purchased 20 euros of R6 credits that never arrived. I opened a myriad of tickets in the support (very badly managed), I contacted several ubisoft agencies, they always told me to wait but nothing was ever solved. I would like to request a refund or at least the delivery of what I purchased. Here are the proofs of the purchase. [Redacted]
