I'm unable to buy Digital Currency in Rainbow Six Siege since past 2-3 weeks now. The store shows that we are unable to process this transaction, please apologize for the incovenience. I'm just having a really hard bad luck since I got 24/25 packs of the Six Invitatational Collection and still didn't get the only thing which I want - The Universal Skin. The Ubisoft support are saying the same reason for days that it's being investigated and they don't have any ETA. Literally just need 300 credits more to get the only thing I wanted. Is there any way to get the credits somewhere apart from Steam? Please tell me if there's any solution to this.

Please make sure you have Steam Overlay enabled, this should resolve your issue.
If by chance the issue still remains, please create a support ticket and provide launcher_log.txt from the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs

I have the game through steam, where can I get r6 credits from?
I have this problem where I don't have the shop tab in uplay - https://gaming.stackexchange.com/que...op-tab-missing.
And https://store.ubi.com has all in-game currencies except for r6 credits.
Also in-game shop in r6 says that "this section of the in-game store can't be accessed at the moment."
I want to buy 1440 credits, what would the price be. Because if it's around 25 eur I'd rather get the r6 deluxe pack.
