This was addressed and the solution was to submit a ticket. I have tried multiple times and if I dont get the "no agents online" message, the ticket page just sits and loads. I dont know where else to go. No replies on reddit, twitter, or facebook.

I have the exact same problem, though I havent even gotten the no agents online message. I'm stuck in constant loading when i try to submit a ticket. I also have not received my 4 free outbreak packs.

Good luck trying to get in contact with support. says it could take up to 48 hours for a reply, and its pretty much been three days for me. horrible service. I have not got what I paid money for. bug or no bug this is something that's completely unacceptable. I cant even use the ****ing support chat. To not give you what you pay for is borderline illegal.
