About two days ago i purchased 2670 r6 credits but did not receive them. I then tried all the suggested fixes but none of them worked sadly. I would be grateful if i could get my credits. If you need me to show proof of purchase i can and my ticket number is 05705701
Purchased R6 credits on January 6th. My credit card was charged twice and the credits are still not showing up. I have a case number but have yet to be contacted about the issue. Would appreciate if someone could look into it. Thanks so much!
