Dear Ubisoft,

I bought 19,99 Euros worth of R6 credits 2 days ago, The money has been withdrawn from my account today
Yet I still havn't recieved my credits. Please help?

When i bought R6, i bought it as season pass gold edition.
I entered the redeem code and i got multiple things as jackal and mira, and the sales on some stuff etc..
But the only thing i did not get was the 600 guaranteed r6 credits.
I hope you can help me by giving them back or anything, i would be so thankful.
