i bought 1800 rainbow six siege credits using steam wallet money, and accidentally logged in to an alternate account when completing the transaction, is there anyway i can transfer these credits or receive a refund?
ps: the alternate account DOES NOT have a copy of R6 on it

I'm not sure what the procedure on this would be, but your next step should be submitting a ticket to our Support Team, they will be able to look into your accounts and hopefully help you.

There is a sticky at the top of the forum which says to NOT post account related issues here. If you have reported to support and they haven't responded in a reasonable time then post here with your ticket number and what has happened so far. But make it clear so the forum MODS don't give wrong advice.

I spent ten dollars on Siege through Steam. I have sent a ticket to customer support, but I have not received a response in two days. A message telling me to wait 24 hours was sent to me, but it has been 48 hours. Could Ubisoft please give me a response? I am getting annoyed by this waiting.
Why is this not fixed, i bought 2400 credits from steam and nothing happened, apart from the money going out of my account of course, Not only this but I have noticed that Ubisoft seem to have no web chat function that i have seen that is obvious. Come on Ubisoft sort this out.
I have verified my game files too, nothing.
I don't understand this nonsense. A multi-million dollar company gets $20 of my real money and can't deposit a non-existent currency into my account within a reasonable amount of time? If anything it should be within seconds so the purchaser can't regret their choice of spending real money on cosmetics that don't even affect gameplay. Now that I've had a few days to ponder what I actually could have purchased with that twenty dollars, I definitely just want a refund.
