Hello! I ordered my Rainbow Six Credits a couple of hours ago and have not received them. I ordered some on Wednesday and got them pretty much instantly. Is there anything I can do to speed it up, or are the servers under load?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled R6:S and am unable to verify cache. I have verified cache on Steam, however.
Is this just the norm now? I see it everywhere, credits not appearing, never getting anything back. This is completely unacceptable for a company to deliver. If you went to IKEA and bought a chair and gave over the money and they just took the chair back you would be furious, so why can Ubisoft get away with it?
Yeah I bought the same amount on steam on the 23rd of the last month, sumbitted a ticket, talked to live support a bunch. Basically I just got a bunch of "keep waiting, it will take a bit longer" and my case is "escalated" , as if that means anything. You're in for the long haul my friend as far as I know you won't be receiving those credits anytime soon.
This isn't a solution, to change your region in the first place you need to submit a ticket, and we all know how that turns out. Yeah, having the same problem since last week. Is everyone at the Ubi-support asleep or why isn't anyone answering to all the problems with the R6-Credits? It seems like they become more everyday and we just get a ticket in hope that one day we just forget about the credits they still owe a lot of customers.

Okay so here's what has happened, about 24 hours ago i bought 4920 R6 Credits using my steam wallet, i immediately received 2 recipes, 1 from steam and 1 from ubisoft saying Thanks for the purchase etc etc and that the purchase was completed and stuff. BUT ingame i see no credits so i restarted the game, still no credits, verified the files, still no credits, i also sent mail to ubisoft with both the recipes but they have not responded yet. Does anyone know what i can do more than just wait and hope for the best?
Until Ubisoft get there finger out there butt and provide proper support Please do not by any R6 credits!!!
My story so far:
I just recently started getting into the game as a few of my friends decided to go back to it. So on Friday I decided to buy 2670 R6 credits in-game (it took me through steam to purchase), the credits didn't come up immediately (like they have done in other games), so I left it for an hour or so thinking it just need the funds to clear. But they didn't so after checking my email to find the two emails from valve and Uplay confirming my purchase, I raised a support ticket and ignored it over the weekend as I figured the guys that deal with this type of case wouldn't be in.
Monday evening I checked the credit card and the cheeky sods had already taken the money from my account on the Friday but still no in game R6 credits. So I get back on to the support site to try actually speak to someone. After a little short of a 2 hour wait, continually refreshing the support page to get the Support Chat to come up rather than the "we don't have anyone available please raise a support ticket" prompt, I finally get through to an "agent".
Small side note at this point, during my wait on the website I also tried the contact telephone number, I gave up when the phone showed I had been waiting for just over 25 min.
When I speaking to the "agent" all he could do was "escalate" my support ticket, nothing else. The really annoying bit is the "agent" seemed to think this should have been sufficient, could not give me an ETA on when the ticket would be resolved and just said "I've escalated it, you don't need to do anything, we'll email you when we've finished with it
(My translation: We've got your money,We've pushed some useless button, now go away!)
24hrs later (Tuesday),checked the support ticket, its still escalated ... ... and still have no R6 credits in-game
This behaviour by Ubisoft is ridiculous (to put it mildly), especially as looking through this forum its not an isolated incident. So please do not buy any R6 credits as the only way we have any chance of getting this resolved is if Ubisoft wakes up to the fact that this type of behaviour will cost them revenue.
