For the past two days I haven't been able to spend R6 credits in the in-game store. It just keeps telling me "Transaction failed" with no explanation as to why. I also can't start a customer support chat or even create a case about it.

So I had the season 4 pass and I bought the season 5 pass. I heard you were suppose to get 600-800 silver credits since they aren't putting as many ops in the game but I didn't get any.

They did not arrive yet and my money is gone. Am I gonna get the credits or are they lost?

So I purchase R6 credits and I confirmed it but I didn't receive it, It hurts my feelings and wallet.

Ive tried purchasing the 16000 R6 credits pack and it says "Something has gone wrong, please try again in a few seconds". I also tried purchasing the R6 credits on tier down from that and it also wont let me purchase it.
