    I did not received my 1200 r6 credits that i bought yesterday. I can't use the support site because it won't let me use the "start chat"

    It can take up to 24 hours for your credits to appear. If it has been more than 24 hours, simply DM us or message us on Facebook. We will then be able to help you further!

    Is it normal that i haven't recived my order yet dont want to put presure on you just want to known if its normal.

    Hi Waifu, since they've not turned up yet I would suggest contacting our support team directly on our support site as they would be more suited to assist you than myself over the forums.
    Please include any proof of purchase you have when you do as it allow us to investigate this swiftly.

    Unable to purchase r6 credits. Cant submit case.

    UNABLE TO PURCHASE R6 CREDITS.

    "Something went wrong, please try again in a few seconds."

    I have tried 50+ times and have gotten over 50 fraud warning emails. This is not fraud, this is me trying to purchase something from the store.

    I have unlinked and relinked my steam account, I have tried numerous solutions given by Ubisoft support. Nothing.

    I am not going to take the "Wait 48 hour and try again" solution because there are numerous people who haven't been able to buy R6 Credits for months.

    Can't buy r6 credits

    I'm trying to purchase the $30 pack of r6 credits (2670 credits) but it keeps being flagged as fraudulent and sends me an email telling me to put 2-factor authentication on of which I already do. I've turned it off and re-enabled it but to no avail. Is there a dev or anyone with a similar problem who could help me?

    I have this problem too

    Could someone help me with this. Look I get that safety is the number 1 priority. But why the ****. Would there be fraud. If I buy from the same PC same IP adress. Same Steam account Same location and state. Even Bank account. I still got the 10$ In my Steam wallet. Just to buy the nighthaven collection contacted support about it. I wasn't able to tell them that there is nothing going on that there is no fraud. My email isn't able to be accessed without my phone just like my account and I got 2 step on Rainbow six siege. So I really hate that they do this kind of ****ty mistakes. Especially when the nighthaven collection will be gone in 6 days....
