    I bought 600 R6 Credits yesterday and I still haven't gotten my credits yet? Can anyone help? I diden't recive any receipt from ubisoft on my mail box only from steam.

    Hi Echo4niner,

    As I mentioned in the other post. the case is escalated to be investigated by a specialist. there is nothing I can do to speed that along.
    Please await a response to your case, you will get an email to let you know when that happens.

    Please do not update the case again in the meantime as that will interrupt the escalation and the process will need to be repeated taking longer to get you a resolution.
