    I bought r6 credits and still didnt receive them

    I bought 600 credits and didnt receive them, sent a support ticket with proof from paypal that the transaction went through and still no reply or no credits thanks for being the best support!....

    Hey there Gabrinth,

    I purchased through steam and enough money was added to my steam wallet prior to buying from the R6 ingame store. I have a confirmation email from steam saying I have purchased the credits (can provide screenshot if needed), however I didn't receive the confirmation email from ubisoft. Any chance you can have a look?
