    @Levia-tan For this issue, we are asking players to either reach out to the social media team on Facebook or Twitter with proof of purchase, or submit a ticket with proof of purchase for your Year 4 pass attached. Once you've made a ticket, you can reply back to this thread so we can check on your ticket for you.

    Cant buy credits or anything from the store!

    Hello I have a steam version of the game and few countries in Asia like India and Vietnam are facing this issue. Apparently its only for steam versions since both are uplay accounts are ok and I can purchase stuff on them. I have been having this issue since late december and I have already submitted a ticket back on January 27th they escalated this issue in 1 day but I have not heard back from them. I need help. I was not able to buy credits for Invitational packs aswell. Which sucks, I want to buy the hibana and bandit elite( when it comes out) but I dont think this will be fixed. I am begging you please give me a second way to buy credits this is really frustrating for everyone. I have invested alot into this game. Both time and money. Here is the screen I am getting when I try to acess the shop.

    Please note that this is a lengthy process and we are unable to advise you on how long it may take for us to review it as it depends on a number of factors. We would be unable to provide you assistance regarding this issue on forums and we would suggest you to create a case, which is something you have done already.

    I will try and see what can possibly be done in order to speed up the process so that you would get a response from us sooner rather than later.

    R6 credits

    I have been trying to buy r6 credits for the new rainbow is magic event and it is not letting me buy them. I have tried using both credit cards and paypal but neither work. Whenever I get to the proccessing payment screen it says "Your Payment Has Benn Cancelled". Any fix?

    The currency pack and the digital content both are locked for some reason and it's been more than 1 week i have the game from steam my friend have the game from uplay and the currency pack and the digital content are available for him any solution for the problem ?
