So i got the game as a gift and i got into the game and i saw that i had 600 R6 credits then i joined a casual match and then i had to leave the match because my friends were waiting for me to play, and then i saw that my 600 R6 credits were gone. restarted the game and all but it still shows at 0 R6.

so since i have seen that Ubisoft has answered other peoples threads witht he same issue as mine, i will bump this daily in hoping i get an answer.
i bought two packs, one 1200 credits pack (order ID 7454318) and one 600 credits pack (order ID 7455088)

Hey, I bought 1200 credits for Rainbow Six, and they havent come yet. Is this a bug? And if im not going to get them, i'd like my money back.

Yeah i ordered $49.99 R6 credits and i have not received it . steam says fine but when i open the game its not showing !

i have been in contact with support now, they were very sorry that it took so long for them to reach me. i have provided them with the requested info on my purchase, so it should be good now. thanks Ubisoft.

i just had the same problem i bought credits it said it added them went to game and they werent there so went back and bought some more guess what they didnt show up either
ive been trying to go to the support page but cant seem to find a way to contact them to figure out whats goin on with my credits
