My Ultimate For Honor Wishlist
1) There should be an option wherein you can set a preference which will automatically group you up with people in your Faction, each time you enter into any gamemode. I'm a Knight, and it always pains me to see unsightly circles and rectangles next to my glorious triangle.
2) There should be a free-for-all mode where there are no teams and it's everyone for themselves. It would make tournaments a lot easier, and would make identifying each player easier, should two or more people pick the same Hero.
3) There should also be a Tournament mode. In fact: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...r-New-Gamemode
4) If the genderlock isn't going to be removed, could you at least edit the U.I of the traits menu and remove the "Gender" option for gender locked characters? It would remove the feeling of it looking like a "paywall".
5) Players should be "fined" a certain amount of Steel for leaving a match, prematurely. A few hundred Steel-worth of debt should get them to stop ruining the experience for people...
6) Next to one's displayed Reputation, and equipment rating, there should also be an "Honor rank". This rank, while it doesn't levy any real consequence one way or ther other, it should give anyone else in the match an impression of what exactly the player in question will be inclined to do. The Honor Rank will be determined based on how many times per-match a player uses the environment unfairly ("unfairly" meaning this: if you have full-health and you still use a nearby fire / ledge because you can't be bothered), or how many times a player ganks someone (it will be considered "ganking" if the person being ganked is one Reputation level below one or more of the assailants). It's an early-warning system.
7) You should be able to change the gender / appearance of the payable Heroes in the Story Mode, on a whim. And, if not, it should be explained to the player that, once you make the choice, you can't un-make it.
8) A For Honor novel would be greatly appreciated by those of us who consider ourselves "Lore-Wh|ores".
9) In the Hero menu, an option to see lore-based text attributed to each Hero would flesh things out a bit, and put a "face" to the name. There are too many people who can't be bothered to learn the names of each Hero, and doing this would make an impressionable difference. Not everyone has seen the intro-videos for every character, after all.
10) A 3v3 mode. Call it "Mosh-Pit", or something.
11) Separate "Elimination" and "Skirmish" into different modes. They should stand on their own two feet and not bleed into one another.
12) On the Faction War map, there should be different "lenses" through which to view the world. There's the default and tactical modes, of course, but a lens that tells you what each "sector" is called would be nice. As well as a lens which informs you of the current "status" of each sector.
13) The Faction War would benefit immensely if each sector had some sort of reward for capturing it, or if owning a certain sector would grant bonuses to a faction. Also, if a sector is owned by a faction consistently, and not attacked for a prolonged amount of time, that sector should become "fortified". A fortified sector would be much more difficult to assault, unless the invading faction were to commit a much larger amount of assets to an attack. The main benefit of a sector "fortifying" is that it doesn't need to be actively give war assets- it can defend itself quite competently (let's say, a constant asset rating of 70%). The drawback is that the owning faction of a fortified sector CANNOT send war assets TO it.
The Faction War would also benefit if the members of a faction were to actually LOSE something as a result of a losing a sector. Like... 30 Steel, or something of that nature.
14) More frequent "Events".
