This is coming from someone who uses revenge simply because of how many other players use it. This feature is broken. It is not hard to fight multiple players. The only proponents for revenge are players that rely on cheese to fight players and get pissy when they can't shoulder bash guard break shoulder bash guard break in a 2v1.
Using a minimum attack blade and max revenge gain in injury I gain revenge in 3 hits even 1v1 and can still hit 4 bars of damage on a lawbringer in 1 hit. Not to mention the unstaggerable effect makes any effective strategy go right out the window for actually fighting back. And the fact that with max revenge defense or 80% on a max defense blade will render my character practically immune to damage.
Please the game is not hard. Learn to use your full moveset.
At the very least the stats on revenge should be turned to baseline for all characters and revenge should be removed from gear stats. It's really not fair for the rep 1 and 2 players or lower who can't possibly kill me before I gain revenge.
Ubisoft I payed good money for this game and a fair bit more for astetics. Please fix this broken system that is throttling your game or it will be dead before the end of season 1.
If anything the only sensible thing to do would be to reverse the gear so that beginner gear has the high revenge stats and as you get better gear your revenge gets weaker. Or link certain revenge levels to character reputation. As for trying to spam guard breaks against me, feel free to die trying.
