And this is coming from someone who has defended the gameplay, balance, and overall mechanics of this game, since the closed beta. However, there is just no denying the fact that this game has horrid networking issues, and it's almost pointless to even attempt to play competitively.

The gear at the highest level also offers a massive advantage, and they don't match based on that.

Honestly, this game has incredible gameplay, but it's just a giant, steaming pile of crap, overall. The connectivity issues are just too severe to overlook. I love the gameplay, but there's no way this game will actually be successful, or sustain any sort of ranked/competitive mode, without massive improvements to the networking, net code, and matchmaking.

Personally I can't see those network issues in 1v1.Regarding ranked,the rank is always personal:why include in a ranked setting the modes with gear?

I rarely have connection issues. Just sometimes I can't join a domination match, but that is it.

You guys are full of it too. Everyone is constantly complaining in the game about how it's constantly dropping them, and basically every game I play consists of multiple connections issues, including players being dropped.

BTW, I'm on Google Fiber, so I have a better connection than 99.9% of you guys claiming you don't have networking issues.

The game was just completely down for everyone for about 4 hours yesterday, so anyone claiming this game doesn't have issues is just blatantly lying. Not to mention the fact that every youtube review consists primarily of complaining about networking issues, and the unreliability of p2p.

I was actually at 100% across the board my first 30 matches, and had no idea you could just leave to avoid losses, so my win rate looks worse since I gleaned that knowledge from the forum.

Also at 75% on deathmatch.
