Sme orders do not register after being completed. Yes I have checked if they are activated and made sure it is the correct type eg. player vs AI.
For example I had to get 8 kills in a skirmish without dying vs players.I now have aced 3 games in a row with zero deaths and around 15 kills but the order is not completed as if I did not fufill the requirements. I however received rewards at the end of the match so it cannot be a problem with delay.

I thought the same thing until I read somewhere that the "Takedowns" listed after the match include assists; essentially any enemy that dies within a few seconds of you doing damage to them.

After that I counted the pop-ups saying I got the kill during the match and when that was 8 the Contract completed. Hope this helps!

Orders usually count takedowns, not actual kills in my experience, unless otherwise indicated such as honorable kills.

That's 15 kills in each match and not 15 total, right? I've seen the order say it has to be a killing streak of 8 in a single match.
