dominion vs ai ... decent group can pull <5 min games easily (even under 4 minutes are doable with good people).

probably also the best way to farm xp.

This sounds grindy and boring af, why would you do this? If the core gameplay doesn't/ can't keep you occupied, what're you gonna do once you've finished grinding and you've got the flashy item(s) you want and have nothing to grind for anymore?

I don't want flashy items lol, just steel to improve my gear.

You can't upgrade items more than 4 times or 5 I don't recall exactly but if you intend to get good gear, you need to loot those "flashy" items. Then upgrade them.

The only reason I could think of for you wanting to get Steel fast if you actually wanna get a fancy 7000 Steel Execution you fell in love with or a mythical outfit for the effect and ornament. Other than that not only you don't need to get Steel fast, it's actually better to save up as much as you can.
