Grind 1 character or multiple ones? | Forums

My question is: after you got 1 Rep 3 Character that can access to almost all the good stuff, do you still grind that character for more hats or you will grind another char to rep 3 and repeat?

I hit rep 3 with Kensei but have played a few other characters while getting to 3. I've found I still mostly play the Kensei with occasional breaks playing as another class.
