    Tired of the environmental kills.

I don't mind a environment kill every here and there, it doesn't even matter if I am able to counter their attempt and throw them off. I am sick of people always going for the environmental kills, even if I can prevent it, it makes this game really boring. I bought For Honor for some intense great battles, instead I got ledge death simulator. Please reduce the amount of environmental kill possibilities.

If it's there, use it. If you cannot work around it, you suck.

Guess you'll have to get good and pay attention to you're environment. There's more to fighting than swinging a sword, and if you're fighting 100% fair, you're aiming to lose.

"Get gud" I won't be that trolling but .. yeah you should really train yourself to avoid this. I get rarely killed this way because I do my best to stay away from edges and spikes. When I'm not doing my best to throw people in, of course.

I'm not saying I can't prevent it, but 9 out of 10 matches of duel or brawl is just me or the enemy smacking the **** out of each other into enviromental kills. I'm fine with the aspect of it, just gets boring when I'm flailed into every time.

The problem isn't the concept itself, just that gb is a bit wonky in games with more than 2 people. There's also some bad map design, like high fort point C, with literally no safe place to stand.

I'd say the concept is also broken. The window to counter guardbreak is small, but the punishment if you don't counter guardbreak can mean instant death. Thats why guardbreak is broken in my opinion, beside some characters free heavys after, and instant enviromental deaths.

If Ubisoft wants to make this into a decent game, the punish should fit the ease of the attack. To balance it, guardbreak should provide a free light, not a heavy, and there should be secondary counter for an attemptted throw. Or otherwise get rid of all the damn enviormental deaths, no one that plays high level purposely tries to kill someone with enviormental death anyways.

And how come good players perform CGB TIME AFTER TIME AFTER TIME? How come even when they mess it up once per 20 tries they rarely got killed by environment? Cause they know how to position their hero.

If you guys want to be decent players, stop making excuses and blaming mechanic for your own shortcomings.

As soon as they fix the guard break counter so you can actually get out of a guard break if you push the right but at the right time, I don't have any problems with environmental kills.
The only issue I see with it right now is that.
You can be aware of your surrounding and avoid dying like that just about all the time.
Not a game breaking mechanic by any means(after guard break counter is fixed obviously.)

Right now it seems a ton worse than it actually is because guard break counter is broken(they have admitted this btw, if you didn't see it.)
