After playing the game 11 hr in extreme mode, I must say it is good overall (so far in the open beta), but as all players do, we nitpick as much as we can to make it into "our" game (well, at least most of my friends does). So, I wrote this "in theory" to the devs and hoped for the best that they could to see it, and hopefully implement these things that I would like to include/remove from the game before it is released.

P.S. I am a solo player and yet to have a coop experience. Therefore these opinions will be based on the solo gameplay.

1. Remove the ability to custom, change or equip any items when the player is NOT using an ammo box.
2. Create a different menu for customization when the player is in the open world without the ammo box nearby.
3. The gunsmith should have a different platform rather combined with the ammo box as this make the player to plan much more before heading for a mission.
4. All Vehicle physics and handling, including planes and mostly helicopters, should be restructured and revised as how it will work in the real world.
5. When playing solo, the AI teammate should be much more responsive, i.e. follow the player as it moves around, as standard before any upgrade is activated.
6. When playing solo, sync shot ability should be able to be activated without aiming or firing the weapon by the player.
7. When playing solo, the AI teammates should be moving and getting into the vehicle once the player is starting to get into the driver seat, shortening the time of the crew getting on board the vehicle.
8. When playing solo, the AI teammate should have a better navigation system inside builds or underground structures, i.e. the mission for killing the last boss in the cave, as the player will end up in the combat alone.
9. When selecting orders using the order wheel, players should be able to move at the same time rather than having to stay still. This method should increase the efficiency and diversity of every engagement.
10. When switching shoulder view, a slight time delay between each transaction can be implemented, as this will promote players to plan their way of engagement much earlier and creating a realistic combat scenario.

As this is only my very first few hours of play time in the game, I will be going back into retrying the missions and see if there other functions that can be improved or rework. But I must say the headshots are very satisfying, and gun handling is awsome and realistic as well.
The weather and lighting system is good, but I will like to see it effect more on the player and the NPC's in the game, e.g. the enemy will more likely be inside buildings, and view range is limited when it's raining.

THIS GAME HAS A BRIGHT AND COLORFUL FUTURE, AND PLEASE SUPPORT THE GAME AS MUCH AS YOU CAN BY ASKING WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE. SAY!!! IT!!! OUT!!! LOUD!!

Thank you for reading till the end, see you on the next one. Long live Ghost Recon.
