Will we be able to attack ever mission at night time

I only play in Stealth Mode, is the weather and lighting random as it is in BETA because on one of the demo videos the commentator said you can plan when to attack a mission, day or night. So is that possible in the full game or do we have to wait 30 mins for the weather to change if we wanted?

Changing time of day at will is pretty standard. I'd be surprised if it weren't in final release. As far as why its not in this open beta, maybe there's bugs related to co-op sessions... just spitballing on that one. Oh another possibility is they just wanted to make sure players caught a few sunrises and sunsets... looks surreal.

Personally, I would prefer the day/night cycle to be much longer with the 'wait' option. Yeah its pretty cookie cutter and might draw more comparisons to Far Cry, but I think personal preference and convenience should win in this case.

The Game Needs a Clock !!!

    Hi This is why.....

in my thread (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...ck-from-a-fan?) I made the request for a clock above the mini-map.

The simple little notation allows the players an understanding of the current status of the day and night cycle therefore allowing the player the choice and freedom of being able to plan their attacks for certain times.

whilst the game does have a dynamic day & night cycle there is nothing present (unless tracked by the player) to tell the player is it morning or afternoon - is the sun going to be coming up soon or going down - and to me this in its self takes a lot of control and emersion away from the players experience.

(correct me if i'm wrong but I don't see a clock in any screens anywhere on the game)

Also the day and night cycle really does need to be longer -

I'd like to be able to wait for it to be night time or daytime as I'd like to do some missions at night. Hope they add a feature like that.
