This game is advertised as not having tethering co-op, so players are free to roam in different directions if they so choose.
During my game session last night, I was off doing recon on a enemy base in the new region. My 3 friends were doing a side mission in the first region seen in the closed beta. They eventually all got killed and spawned at the farm where we deliver helicopters and stolen planes.
Now, I was NOT killed in the neighbouring region, nor was I apart of their mission. The game did decide to pull me out of that region without reason and spawn me along side my friends.
I don't know if I am missing something here, or is the game trying to force us to stick together? I was under the impression we could tackle different missions separately if we chose to.
