Because, all ubisoft servers are down. Siege, Division, and Ghost Recon are all down atm, so its not b/c of the patch dropping. Also, why would they do the seamless maintenance fix yesterday if they were dropping the patch today? Why not just wait until today to do it if they were dropping the patch? Servers are just down and that's that.

No sh!t.. and its weekend. Its not likely that they will drop a patch in the weekend.
