It is very annoying when you have to deal with numerous instances of revenge in a single battle when 2v1 a character and not only! I realize that the revenge mechanic is a needed comeback factor but, please make it less abusable mechanic through gear.

Anyways, this yould make 4v1 (or 3v1s) quite the slaughter, as there the "infinite revenge" is quite needed. So maybe the System could stay as it is, but i understand your argument regarding this, as it can be quite annoying.
Heres what I feel should be done, make revenge unable to be triggered realistically in a 1v1 situation even with gear. Start revenge gain with low numbers and increase it per additional player attacking you. Let revenge drain slightly when guard broken instead of guard breaks increasing the meter, make guard break counters increase it instead. The point is that if one is not careful enough he won't be easily caught in 2v1 situation. It is not that hard to predict when it could happen by paying enough attention to your teammates and to the radar, at first place (radar is so strong in this game). But even if you are caught in 2v1 most heroes have a secured revenge activation most of the time where you can easily try to escape if you want to stall the game and be able to rejoing a teammate. There is no need to be able to stall like that by multiple revenge activations (I've seen 3+ in a single encounter...). it is stupid and boring, and99% of the time will end up bad anyways unless the 2 players are really bad but you can't rely on that
In 3v1 you and your team are already doomed anyways so there is no need of even more stalling.

I feel revenge is great at the moment, it helps in a 2v1, 3v1 or 4v1 for that matter! I do not wish it to be nerfed. And you can easily counter their revenge by just giving yourself distance between you and the opponent.
At max gear for revenge duration only lasts 15 seconds (and if you go that route on gear for duration, you will gimp yourself on the other stats). Just wait it out, that's usually what I would do, go defensive mode until his revenge runs out.
You don't understand, in Elimination mode some players can trigger revenge in 1v1 situation after blocking 3-4 hits just because of their high gear lvl. They also usually have 'revenge attack' stat on max in order to kill any players with 2-3 hits.Originally Posted by Valor_Ash Go to original post

Essentially reduce revenge gain per player on your team who is currently alive. Idk, probably wouldn't work too well in elimination/skirmish. Would be neat and make a little more sense.
