Grenade Launcher:

I prefer first person aiming, and I had a red dot scope on the assault rifles. Here's the situation. In order to switch between rifle and grenade launcher, I had to aim down the sights first in order to switch it.

Scenario: Behind cover, I have to move away from enemies to switch, because aiming down sights in order to switch will reveal my position in many scenarios.

Now imagine that aiming down sights puts me in first person view with a red dot. I press the button, but am I really in the right mode? My eyes are all over the screen to confirm instead of where they need to be. To be 100% sure, I might switch to over the shoulder, confirm I have the correct one selected, then go back to first person, and finally shoot what I intended, but by the time all of the above happened, my targets, my opportunities probably changed. This is made worse by disabling HUD.

I suggest a dedicated keybind for the grenade launcher, since it is a prominent item, given that it has its own upgrades in the Skills menu. I would prefer to switch between the grenade launcher and rifle at will, and not only after I aim down the sights first. I would also like the choice to be more easily visually represented by the character's and gun's model.

The character's hand could be under the barrel of the attachment when not engaged, and on the trigger of the launcher when it is.

Hand Grenades:

The character cannot toss grenades with his/her left hand. This means that if you are in cover on the right side of the doorway, you simply cannot throw a grenade. The character sticks his nose into the wall and throws the grenade directly at the wall. I would expect the character to lob it underhand with the left, with perhaps more limited range than he/she would throw with the right hand.

I'm sure these have probably been posted before but hey why not post. This post isn't meant to be an overall, all encompassing impressions post. I'm definitely not buying on release as I agree with most of the issues and they are far more important in single player situations.

The extreme difficulty feels better. I've died instantly for missing a single opening shot, so that feels pretty decent specifically as it pertains to 1 or 2 hit kills.
