This post will surely grow once I come across and think of more things, but right now just a few things catch my eye.

I should be able to tell my soldiers to mount and dismount a vehicle from the ground/drone/or in a vehicle

When in a helicopter/plane I should be able to tell my soldiers the same for mounting and dismounting if we land they get out when told and while in the air they will parachute. As well as if the squad is flying with you in the Black Hawk and you are 25/30 feet from the ground they should dismount via rope systems.

You should be able to set a way point in any vehicle and if you get in a passenger seat one of the soldiers will drive/fly/hover While you provide better coverage than the AI might.

When you leave a soldier behind when there isn't enough room for them to fit in a vehicle they should either steal their own or a decent one is populated for them to follow behind this way if two are left behind they ride together and when you tell your squad to fire it controls what they do though they are in separate vehicles.

One of the biggest things I'm upset about is not being able to control your soldiers individually and I think that needs to change, You should be able to control the whole Squad as well as individually.
