Every time I try and claim my twitch prime benefits, I get an error that I need to be a member.
I have tried a different web browser.
I have tried incognito mode.
I notice that when it first links my Twitch account, it signs me in with some alternate Ubisoft account that I don't use. Then I click on PS4, and it logs me into the Ubisoft account I do use, and then I get that not a member message.
How the hell do you fix this nonsense?
I submitted a ticket last week about another issue regarding this game and still haven't heard back. Hopefully this issue is able to be resolved before the time frame ends.
When the game works, it's great, but all this BS keeps piling up to make an awful game launch.

Apparently my twitch account was linked to some other ubisoft account I setup from a long time ago.
Unlinked, relinked to correct account and now works.
If anyone else has this issue, this may be why.
