Attacks continously going thru a pre-emptive Guard Break

So my only gripe, concern, complaint about this class (It's the only one I've played since the game went live, I tried Warden during beta but it was just too easy and lack. luster) is that whenever I initiate a GB prior to a player or AI attacking, the GB animation is shown however I'm the one taking a ton of damage. It's as if I was just standing there and the other player got a free shot. At first I chalked it up to latency or some other issue w/connectivity, but after running into this issue time and time again I know it's not the case. If. TL can please look into this I know I'd be extremely grateful. I'm fine w/the class overall (very happy Ubi see's she needs some tweaking) it's just this one issue that drives me nuts. Thanks!

If they attack you before the GB connects you get hit. That's how it has always worked. It's a GUARDbreak afterall and if the enemy is attacking he is not guarding. Working as intended imo.

    Seriously?

Did you even read the post? Or just saw that I stated I was getting hit when using guardbreak? Comprehension is more than just a word.

This does not apply to heavy attacks before a weapon is swung, I believe. It's defi I felt possible to GB someone an instant after an attack is initiated, though I imagine they must be heavy attacks to allow that; just saw a video of Truetalent playing a berserker in which he very clearly got hit with GB in between light swings. When it connected, Truetalent's character looked like he got caught with his pants down, with some basically coming in to grab him. But because a light attack was just ever so slightly initiated, the GB failed and Truetalent's opponent took a hit for his trouble. This is my main gripe with GBs; they don't always work when they should. No one should be immune to GBs simply because of a light attack input, even though the GB sure as **** beat them to the punch.
